Round One of the playoffs continue tonight in Canada’s British Columbia Hockey League. So far, four of the five teams that have advanced are teams that we picked to do so.
How will it go tonight?
Nanaimo Clippers at Powell River Kings – The Kings have have my Clips at the edge tonight. These two teams know each other all to well for anything silly like home ice advantage to be that big of a deal. NANAIMO wins.
Prince George Spruce Kings at Chilliwack Chiefs – I really thought the Chiefs were going to have their way with PG in this one before the series started, so I’ll stick with that. Chilliwack faces elimination tonight but I don’t think the Spruce Kings have it in them to pull it off. CHILLIWACK wins.
Victoria Grizzlies at Alberni Valley Bulldogs – Somehow, someway, the Bulldogs have pushed the Grizz to the brink of elimination. Could that really happen tonight? Yes. But will it? No, VICTORIIA wins.
OVERALL RECORD 105-79-2
