CEO of the floundering USACHL was charged on August 16, 2018 with “Fear of injury/damage by another person” according to British Colombia court documents. A source, speaking on the condition of anonymity, stated this charge stems from an assault of his ex-girlfriend.
There is also a pending investigation on Davidson in McAllen, Texas stemming from the same charges.
This news comes as many are still wondering what will become of the remains of the USACHL. Davidson previously made a statement to the Wichita Falls Times Record News denying that the Wichita Falls Force are folding in spite of comments from the team’s coach and billets to the contrary.
Davidson continues to insist the league will persist, playing international teams, despite not being sanctioned by the IIHF.
